Questions

The things people ask before walking in.

What if I am completely out of shape?
Most of our members were out of shape when they started. Every class is scalable, and your coach builds your first weeks around what you can actually do on day one. You are not jumping into a CrossFit Games workout. You are starting at your level and getting fitter every session.
Do I have to be able to do pull-ups, muscle-ups, or "RX" workouts?
No. Every workout has scaled versions and a coach in the room adjusting it for you. Some of our strongest members have been training for years without a single muscle-up. Progress is the goal, not vanity movements.
How is this different from a regular gym or a group fitness studio?
A regular gym gives you equipment and leaves you alone. A studio gives you a high-energy class with no real coaching. We give you both a coach who knows your name and a program that actually moves the needle on your strength, conditioning, and body composition.
What is included in the free intro?
A one-on-one goal-setting conversation with a coach, a complete InBody body composition scan with nutrition guidance, a real class taught by a credentialed coach, an intro to our Foundations program with Coach Jake, and a full tour of the gym and recovery suite. You take a class before any sales conversation happens. No card on file. No pressure.
How often should I train when I am starting out?
Three sessions a week is the floor for real results. Four to five is the sweet spot for most of our members. Your coach will give you a specific recommendation in your intro based on your schedule and goals.
